ChxCreations started as a hobby using recycled
wood to made a little side-money. We've been selling hand-made wooden
puzzles, plaques and bowls since around 2015, although making stuff with wood -
both crafts and construction - has been a hobby and/or job since the late '80's.
About that time, I started selling hand-cut wooden ornaments and puzzles at Farmers' market
and craft shows with a friend of mine. She makes knit goods and jewelry, and we became
what is now ChxCreations. (FYI - we got married in December of 2021.)
Although ChxCreations does not have brick-and-mortar store, we sell at our local Farmer's Market all summer long
and are regulars at most of the local (NE Missouri) fall / Christmas craft shows.
We also thoroughly enjoy doing custom jobs for
people. Whether it's a special version of a stock item, or a completely
original piece, custom jobs are a lot of fun, and we would very much enjoy
an opportunity to discuss a special project with you.
